This announcement highlights steady on-site progress and the completion of key milestones, including the release of detailed 3D renderings and real-site photographic documentation. Strategic Location and Key Project Highlights
Situated within the Clean Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province, approximately 36 kilometers from Hanoi, Spectrum Hung Yen is strategically positioned to leverage on Vietnam’s growing role in global supply chains. The 14.457-hectare development will offer 49,178 square meters of ready-built factory space in Phase 1, catering to high-growth sectors such as electronics, textiles, and automotive components.
With a total investment of USD 60 million – including USD 34 million for Phase 1 – the project aligns with Hung Yen’s economic momentum, where over USD 28 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) has been registered across more than 2,400 projects. Groundbreaking took place on July 4, 2025, with a 13-month construction timeline emphasizing LEED-aligned green building standards, flexible layouts, and efficient logistics connectivity via upgraded roads and bridges.
Phase 1 Construction Progress Reaches Key Structural Milestones
As of November 2025, Phase 1 construction has progressed steadily on schedule, with foundational works and structural elements well underway. The project integrates resource-efficient designs, including natural lighting, enhanced ventilation, high-performance insulation, and sustainable construction materials to minimize carbon emissions. These features support energy conservation and responsible waste management, positioning Spectrum Hung Yen as a benchmark for environmentally responsible industrial infrastructure in Vietnam. Phase 1 handover remains targeted for the first quarter of 2026, reflecting Soilbuild’s rigorous adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards in collaboration with international partners.

A key milestone in this phase is the completion and public release of the 3D visualization developed using advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. These photorealistic renderings offer immersive virtual tours of multi-bay warehouse interiors, modular partitions and optimized loading docks for efficient logistics. The models also showcase eco-friendly features like low-emission construction materials, projecting significant reductions in operational environmental impact.
