At the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum on July 30, Soilbuild International (Vietnam) was honoured as an industrial property developer with a sound green transformation strategy.

Established in Singapore in 1976, Soilbuild Group is a partner of more than 200 global enterprises. The company owns 11 industrial park complexes across Singapore, achieving sustainable LEED certification.
Soilbuild International has received plenty of major awards in the past, such as Best Smart Industrial Building Development Project and Best Industrial Real Estate Developer.

Soilbuild International entered the Vietnamese market with the first project of the ready-built factory Spectrum Nghe An, which is being built to LEED certification standard.
The company committed to developing real estate products that meet international standards, contributing to the sustainable development of the socioeconomy and community.
“Soilbuild is an early adopter of sustainability. Our approach to integrating environmental, social, and governance policies into its building design emphasises multiplying the green to ensure that sustainability is embedded at every stage of the asset’s life cycle – from design and construction to operation, maintenance, and occupiers’ operations,” said general director Ben Ding Khoon Yew.

Spectrum Nghe An will feature ready-built factories ranging from 3,200 square metres to 14,000sq.m, developed in accordance with LEED green building standards within WHA Industrial Zone 2 Nghe An.
The project covers an area of 15.6 hectares and the first phase is expected to be completed by the first half of 2025.
