Phase 2 and Phase 3 are now underway concurrently. Phase 2 includes three single-storey factories—RBF5, RBF7, and RBF8—scheduled for completion in March 2026. Phase 3 will introduce two modern two-storey factories—RBF6 and RBF9—with completion targeted for July 2026. Soilbuild International is actively coordinating with construction partners on medium-voltage systems, substations, lift systems, and security infrastructure to ensure full operational readiness upon handover.
